These terms govern your access to Prodha websites, demonstrations and software services. By using them, you agree to these terms and applicable law.

Service use

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, use the service only for lawful business purposes and comply with applicable privacy, marketing, telecommunications and messaging laws. You are responsible for your users, workspace content, customer consents and communications sent through connected services.

Accounts and availability

We may change, maintain, suspend or improve features to protect the service or meet operational, legal or security needs. Availability may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, third-party providers or events beyond reasonable control.

Third-party services

Optional integrations, including messaging, voice, payment, hosting or analytics providers, are governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your credentials, business accounts, templates, permissions and use of third-party services are properly authorised.

Intellectual property

Prodha and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, branding, software and documentation. You retain responsibility for the content you provide and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and support it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Prodha does not guarantee sales outcomes, lead conversion, uninterrupted availability or that automated suggestions are complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the preceding three months.
